These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Trilogie Co W.L.L. (“Trilogie”, “we”, “us”), a multi-maison boutique and authorised retailer based at The Pearl, Doha, State of Qatar. By browsing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Scope and Acceptance
These terms apply to every order placed with Trilogie and to all communications relating to your purchase. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Trilogie concerning the products you acquire from us. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version in force at the moment of your order shall govern that order.
Products and Availability
We present pieces from Lalique, Daum, Haviland and the other maisons we represent with the greatest possible fidelity. Owing to the handcrafted nature of crystal, pâte de cristal and Limoges porcelain, slight variations in colour, finish and dimension are inherent to each work and are not defects. All products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw any piece from sale without prior notice.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes and duties as indicated at checkout. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any error before confirming your order. The price applicable to your purchase is that confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
Orders and the Reserve & Confirm Service
Certain pieces are single editions held in limited quantity. For these works, in place of instant checkout, we offer our Reserve & Confirm service: you express your interest, our team verifies availability and provenance, and your acquisition is confirmed personally before any payment is finalised. All orders are subject to acceptance by Trilogie, and a contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing.
Payment
Payment must be made through the methods offered at checkout or arranged directly with our team. Title to the goods passes to you only upon receipt of payment in full. We may decline or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where we suspect fraud.
Delivery
We arrange delivery across Qatar, the GCC and worldwide, with white-glove handling for fragile works. Estimated lead times are indicative; while we strive to meet them, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
Returns
Your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges and damaged items are set out in full on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Single editions acquired through Reserve & Confirm may be subject to specific conditions, which will be made clear to you at the time of acquisition.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and the names of the maisons we represent, is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Trilogie or its partners. No part may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilogie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
