Description
Born in the 1900s under the combined influences of French tradition and Japonism, the Diplomate collection displays floral and ornamental inlaid motifs of incomparable finesse, adapted in 1938 for a commission from President Roosevelt. Designed for presenting sweet or savory tarts, quiches and cheeses, this platter features a flat edge for easy slicing and serving.
