At Trilogie, every acquisition is intended to be lasting. The maisons we represent — Lalique, Daum and Haviland among them — create objects meant to be lived with for a lifetime, and we take the same care in helping you choose well. Should a piece nonetheless prove not to be the right one for your home, we offer a measured and discreet returns and exchanges service.
Our intention is simple: to give you confidence in your decision, and to make any return as considered and seamless as the purchase itself.
A return at Trilogie is handled with the same white-glove care as a delivery — quietly, precisely and with respect for the object and its owner.
Eligibility
Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged within [14] days of delivery. To qualify, an item must meet each of the following conditions.
- The piece is unused, undamaged and in its original, saleable condition.
- It is returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials, presentation case and inner boxes.
- All accompanying certificates, authenticity documents and maison literature are enclosed.
- Proof of purchase from Trilogie is provided.
Crystal, porcelain and pâte de cristal are, by their nature, fragile. We ask that returns be repacked with the same care taken in their delivery, so that each object reaches us as it left our boutique.
Exceptions
Certain acquisitions are prepared expressly for you and therefore fall outside the standard returns window. The following are not eligible for return or exchange, save where a piece arrives damaged or is not as described.
- Special orders and pieces sourced to your specific request.
- Made-to-order and commissioned works.
- Personalised, engraved or bespoke items.
- Certain limited and single editions, including pieces reserved through our Reserve & Confirm service.
Where a piece is excluded, this will be made clear at the time of acquisition.
How to Arrange a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our client service team within the [14]-day window. We will guide you through each step with discretion.
- Contact us by telephone at +974 4442 3484 or by email at info@trilogieco.com, quoting your order reference.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange collection, or advise you on returning the piece to our boutique at The Pearl, Doha.
- Once your return is received and inspected, an exchange will be arranged, or a refund issued to the original method of payment within [14] days.
Refunds are made in Qatari Riyal (QAR). For deliveries beyond Qatar, across the GCC and worldwide, our team will advise on collection and any applicable arrangements.
